Our Technical Support Team is at your disposal to assist you in case you experience technical problems with Automation Studio™, or to answer any technical questions related to the software.

Technical Support is available free of charge for any subscription to our Annual Maintenance and Extended Technical Support Plan. Discover more about the Annual Maintenance and Extended Technical Support Plan here.

With the purchase of a license, you are entitled to 3 free technical support calls within a 6-month period from your date of purchase. Additional Technical time slots can also be purchased. Please contact your sales representative for further information.
