Maximum Licenses reached OR invalid date

Several reasons might cause this message to appear:

 

      This message occurs when the licenses for using Automation Studio™ has reached its maximum users.

      Another reason might be caused from the Automation Studio™ Time Zone (TZ) that overwrites the Windows Time Zone setup; therefore it needs to be removed in order for Automation Studio™ to function properly. To do so, please follow the steps below:

1.     To verify if the Time Zone (TZ) is present. Go to START on your desktop; choose RUNfrom the list; type in cmd; and then once the DOS windows appear, type in set.

2.     To delete TZ, you need to go to START / Control Panel / Performance & maintenance / System / Advanced / Environment variable and then delete TZ.

      Make sure to respect the company restrictions regarding the IP addresses of the server and the client workstation(s) to have the same first two numbers (octets).  Ex. Server = 172.16.10.2 and client machine = 172.16.1.100.
