Several reasons might cause this message to appear:
• This message occurs when the licenses for using Automation Studio™ has reached its maximum users.
• Another reason might be caused from the Automation Studio™ Time Zone (TZ) that overwrites the Windows Time Zone setup; therefore it needs to be removed in order for Automation Studio™ to function properly. To do so, please follow the steps below:
1. To verify if the Time Zone (TZ) is present. Go to START on your desktop; choose RUN… from the list; type in cmd; and then once the DOS windows appear, type in set.
2. To delete TZ, you need to go to START / Control Panel / Performance & maintenance / System / Advanced / Environment variable and then delete TZ.
• Make sure to respect the company restrictions regarding the IP addresses of the server and the client workstation(s) to have the same first two numbers (octets). Ex. Server = 172.16.10.2 and client machine = 172.16.1.100.
