*Important: Update your driver; this will often solve the problem! Unplug your key (dongle), download and install the latest driver (Sentinel Protection Installer) for the key from the manufacturer’s website, go to http://www.safenet-inc.com/support/tech/sentinel.asp and download the latest Protection Key Driver.

 

When installing the driver, make sure the key is not plugged into your PC. Once the driver is installed plug-in the key (if it is a USB key try a different USB port) and start Automation Studio™.
