There is a problem with a sector in your key (dongle). You may need to replace your key.

Depending on what sector is damaged, you may get no problems (other than having to click OK to periodic error messages) or you may not be able to use Automation Studio™.
If you would like to have your key replaced, please contact the technical support from our online technical support portal at http://www.automationstudio.com/EDUC/en/Support/index.htm or at 514-748-8050. Before calling, please make sure to have your Automation Studio™ License Number at hand. Your key will have to be sent to us to be replaced.
