For Automation Studio™ Software:

Operating System 32 bits: Windows 2000 (SP2), 2003, XP (SP1) for the single station and the network version

Minimum requirements: 512 Mb RAM (1 GB recommended), 620 Mb disk space

 

For the Network License Manager Software:

Operating System 32 bits:  Windows 2000 (SP2), 2003, and XP (SP1)

Network License Manager: compatible with version 5.3.1.1

Servers – TCP/IP Protocol: 10 Mb disk space; 256 Mb RAM

 

Processor: Pentium III (1GHz)

Sentinel SuperPro Driver: Version 7.3.2 or later

Internet Explorer: Version 5.01 or later

 

Dongle on parallel port (USB dongle is available)

•        BIOS settings, especially on new workstations. BIOS settings for parallel ports can generally be found under BIOS ŕ Integrated Devices ŕ Parallel Port

•        Parallel port address: 0300h, 0340h, etc. Check on potential address conflicts.

•        Parallel port modes: ECP, EPP, and AT. Try changing port modes.

•        DMA = 3 (only defined with ECP mode), IRQ = 7

•        Plug’n Play options = OFF
